Offshore Fabrication, Construction, and Maintenance

Services including all necessary manpower, equipment, workshop and tool
required to perform Topside/Surface work/services as specified in Work Order, including site survey of constructability matters to support fabrication of pipe spools and structural items, sand blasting and painting, and installation, civil works, repair, material procurement and others related to the construction or fabrication works to support.

Contractor responsibility covered Offshore Crane Maintenance for PHE ONWJ on on-call basis including:

• Create, review and performance maintenance operation of lifting equipment
• Carrying out repair operations on site
• Carrying out MIGAS recertification
• Validation of maintenance and stock policies
• Validation of improvements and modifications
• Logistical factors related to maintenance procedure
• Procedure for the painting of steel surface
